Justin Roberto is the CEO & lead Wealth Advisor of Beacon Law, Tax, and Wealth, part of Colonial Wealth Strategies. A Williamsburg native, Justin’s path has been marked by resilience, reinvention, and a deep commitment to serving others.

Before entering the world of finance, Justin pursued a lifelong dream: professional golf. Turning pro in 2011, he competed for more than seven years across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. His career tested his limits—both physically and mentally—and included a major setback in 2016 when hip surgery forced him to relearn how to walk. After months of grueling rehab, Justin returned to competition, playing two more years before making the difficult decision in 2019 to embark on a new chapter.

That chapter brought him back to his academic roots. Justin attended Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC, where he graduated with a BA in Finance and Business. In recognition of his professional achievements and commitment to excellence, Methodist University recently honored him as its 2025 Distinguished Graduate in Business.

He began his career at a major financial firm, where he quickly found success. But he soon recognized that much of the industry put its interests ahead of clients’. Determined to do things differently, Justin co-founded Beacon Law Tax Wealth, where he serves as CEO and lead wealth advisor. Today, he and his team help families and businesses transform their financial futures by building strategies rooted in truth, integrity, and long-term impact.

Justin’s passion extends beyond his company. He is also the owner of Colonial Wealth Strategies, a division of Beacon LTW, and serves as President of Power of Professional Partners (POPPS), a nonprofit networking group dedicated to growing local businesses, professional development, and giving back to the community. A PGA Professional, he continues to share his love of golf by volunteering at William & Mary and Williamsburg Golf Club.

Faith, family, and service remain the pillars of Justin’s life. He lives in Williamsburg with his wife, Hannah, and their two daughters, Charlotte and Lucy, along with their dog, Winston. When he’s not coaching clients or serving the community, you can often find him grilling, cooking for family and friends, or sneaking in a few holes on the golf course.

“I love what I do. The impact we have on generations by simply telling the truth and doing the right thing - that’s what drives me every day,” Justin reflects.

“Even more than that, I love giving my family the opportunity to live their version of the American Dream. To me, it’s a way of seeing the world - and I’m grateful to model that for my wife and girls so they can go and create their version powerfully.”

Justin holds the professional designations of Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA), Certified Income Advisor (CIA), Chartered Retirement Planning Consultant (CRPC), and Sports & Entertainment Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (SE-AWMA).
