As the owner of Posh Salon, Williamsburg’s only Aveda Lifestyle Salon, Nadia Duncan has built a business that blends creativity, community, and care. Under her leadership, Posh has been recognized multiple times as one of Salon Today’s "Top 200 Salons in North America"—a testament to her dedication to excellence and her incredible team.
A proud military spouse married to her husband of 24 years, a retired Army helicopter pilot, Nadia has called Williamsburg home for the past 12 years, raising four children (ages 18, 17, 7 and 6) while balancing life as a business owner, stylist and mom. When she’s not behind the chair, Nadia enjoys working out, tackling DIY projects with her husband and watching football with the family.
She’s thrilled to hit the dance floor to raise money for such a great cause—and to show that with heart, hustle and a touch of hairspray, anything is possible!
