ABOUT THE SHOW
What is DWTWS?
A high-quality annual stage performance
that attracts the best local “stars,” professional dancers, and supporters by delivering a premium entertainment experience. Dancing with the Williamsburg Stars has achieved remarkable success over the years, solidifying its place as a Williamsburg tradition.
A 501(c)3 nonprofit organization
to raise money and awareness for both Literacy for Life and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
A team of volunteers
who contribute our time and talents to produce an event that we can all be proud of.
A much-anticipated community event
that draws guests from in and around Greater Williamsburg for a night of fun for a good cause.

Who runs this event?
Our show is run by a committee of dedicated volunteers from the community, with involvement from the nonprofits' staffs!
How does this event raise money?
From a combination of donations and ticket sales. Our stars (prominent locals) accept the challenge to not only train with professional dancers, but to raise at least $5,000 for the charities by showtime.
How much money does the event donate?
To date, DWTWS has collectively donated nearly $1 million to its charitable beneficiaries.
