David has been a resident of Williamsburg for 35 years. He graduated with an architecture degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
He is a licensed architect in 4 states, a well as a Certified Building Official, Master Code Professional, and a Certified Flood Plain Manager. He has served on numerous boards and committees, including: The Heritage Humane Society, the Williamsburg Rotary, the James City County Rotary, the Williamsburg Art and Architectural Review Committee, and the Williamsburg Board of Building Codes Appeals.
David loves playing tennis, bike riding, doing hot yoga, and completing home improvement projects when he is not hanging out with friends and family including his 101-year-old mom ("the wisest person I know").
